Helpdesk

Through the helpdesk, we are easily able to keep track of tasks and resolves your issue as quickly as possible. We aim for a completion within 24 hours for all tickets. These can be easily submitted via your Phone, desktop or through our website.

Backups

Your Data is vital whether it be confidential, pictures or teaching resources, using a multi-step backup solution we can make sure your data is protected. In the event of deletion or something more serious. Your data is safe in our hands.

Very Easy! All it takes is for you to get in touch, from there we will book a meeting with you either in the school or remotely to find out about your current use of IT and your expectations from an IT provider so we can find what works for you best.

The First thing we do as a team is take inventory on all equipment in the school, this allows us to view the software in use, users, age of device & potential replacement kit. Also a look at the server and how that is currently setup. We would also roll out our own anti-virus to workstations to pick up on anything that may need looking at.

Our Team work on a priority system, for any major issues our team will get to work on it as soon as possible and send someone to the site if neccesary, regardless if it is your scheduled day or not for a visit, while charges may apply for this we will aim to resolve your issue that day..

We use a helpdesk system allowing you to submit any issues you may be having. The majority of issues we will be able to sort remotely to save you waiting. This also helps us prepare for any visit that may be required when the solution cannot be resolved remotely.
